The University Club of Washington, DC
Established in 1904, the University Club, one of the nation’s truly historic membership organizations for 121 years, continues today as one of the premier private Platinum Clubs of America and Distinguished Club of the World.
Mission
The University Club’s mission is to provide members with congenial social gatherings, good fellowship, excellent dining, guest rooms, athletics, a rich variety of cultural, international and educational programs and activities to enhance health, wellness, intellectual growth and fitness.
Harvard Club of Washington, DC Partnership Promotion Benefits
The Harvard Club/University Club Partnership benefit provides 25% reduction of the initiation fee (a savings up to $1875) due upon member election to the University Club. In addition, a University Club credit of $250 will be given to the new members, as well as to their proposer. Access to athletic facilities is included. There is no obligation for food and beverage minimums. All University Club dues and fees are billed monthly and directly by the University Club.
Please note: Membership dues and fees for the University Club are paid separately from your Harvard Club University Club Membership.

Terms & Conditions
Eligibility for Harvard Club/University Club Partnership incentive is predicated on a one-time paid University Club Partnership Membership to the Harvard Club of Washington, DC. This offer applies to current Harvard Club members as well as prospective Harvard Club members (must join the Harvard Club with the fully paid University Club Partnership Membership).
- The regular University Club Partnership Membership is $650.
- The Recent Graduate University Club Partnership Membership is $325. (Alumni who graduated within the last 10 years from Harvard College.)
- The Non-Resident University Club Partnership Membership is $325. (Alumni who do not reside within 50 miles of the University Club of Washington, DC.)
The Harvard Club makes no guaranties with respect to University Club applications for membership and maintains no liability for any events held through the University Club. Memberships to the University Club obtained through this partnership promotion are at the risk of the members and do not constitute an endorsement by the Harvard Club.
University Club Partnership Memberships are not tax deductible because the Fair Market Value of the benefits received is in excess of the cost of the University Club Membership.
