We are delighted to announce that the Club will be hosting Associate Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson AB ’92 JD ’96, Supreme Court of the United States, on September 21 for conversation and dinner, during which we will present the 2023 Public Service Award to Justice Jackson. The award is presented annually to an individual who has attended or been affiliated with Harvard University, has made significant contributions to the public good, and whose service has at least in part been focused on the Washington, DC area. You probably know that Justice Jackson attended both Harvard College and Harvard Law School, and served on the University’s Board of Overseers, but you may not know that she also spent years as a dedicated alumni interviewer for our Club. Please join us for dinner and conversation at the City Tavern Club in Georgetown, from 6:00-9:00pm on September 21st.
Entrée options include Sirloin Bevette with Mushroom Demi-glace, Grilled Salmon with Roasted Shallot Cream Sauce, and a vegetarian Gnocchi with Pesto and Roasted Potatoes. Please be aware that final decisions on entrées are required no later than September 7th, 2023.
